Introduction and Scope

Ka789 offers a range of promotions including Casino Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, No Deposit Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins and Free Bets. This document sets out how those bonuses operate on the Ka789 platform and supplements the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the General Promotions & Bonus Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Eligibility and Personal Restrictions

• Bonuses are issued to a single individual and are associated with one home address, one email address, one telephone number, and one primary payment method. Use of shared devices or accounts may affect eligibility.
• Ka789 reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any player or group of players at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses are available only to fully verified players. Verification may require submission of identity and address documents and proof of payment methods.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked with other offers unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Excluded Territories and other country restrictions may apply to certain offers. Promotion-specific terms determine eligibility for individual promotions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and non-refundable. Winnings derived from bonus funds do not become property of third parties and may be subject to withdrawal limits and wagering requirements.
• Ka789 may cancel a bonus credited in error or suspend participation in a promotion in response to suspicious or abusive activity.

Bonus Validity and Cancellation

• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from credit. The standard validity is seven (7) days unless the promotion terms state otherwise; some offers may have different durations.
• If wagering requirements are not satisfied within the validity period, the bonus funds and any resulting winnings are void and removed from the account.
• A Bonus may be automatically cancelled when the active balance reaches a defined threshold (for example, low balance triggers) or when the player elects to withdraw before completing wagering requirements. In such cases, bonus amounts and any winnings may be forfeited.
• If a player withdraws prior to meeting wagering requirements, the bonus amount, any winnings, and any wagered funds may be deducted from the overall balance.
• A breach of these terms or any irregular play may result in forfeiture of winnings, depletion of balance, and account closure.

Activation, Stacking and Refusal

• Only one promotion bonus can be active at any given time. A bonus may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses or promotions unless explicitly allowed in the offer terms.
• Players retain the option to refuse any promotional offer. Refusal does not affect existing deposits or ongoing account activity, but may preclude access to the related promotion.

Conduct and Prohibited Practices

• Conduct that undermines the integrity of the promotion is prohibited. Examples include deliberately delaying game rounds, using betting systems intended to exploit wagering requirements, and exploiting game features with low house edges to meet wagering requirements with minimal loss.
• Other prohibited practices include using multiple accounts to obtain more than the permitted number of bonuses, colluding with others, and depositing for the sole purpose of triggering offers with minimal gameplay.
• Delays or expeditions of wagering to manipulate the timing of bonus use may lead to the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of winnings.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

• Wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms and must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus winnings. The wagering amount is calculated as specified in the offer terms and is commonly expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, or a multiple of the total bonus and cash balance.
• Game contributions toward wagering vary by game type. Slots generally contribute fully toward wagering, while most table games, video poker, roulette, live dealer games, and high house-edge games contribute partially or zero; specific contributions are detailed in the offer terms.
• During active wagering, the following betting thresholds apply: a minimum bet per spin/bet is 0.50 EUR / 0.50 USD / 0.75 CAD / 0.75 AUD / 0.75 NZD (or currency equivalent) and a maximum bet per spin/bet is 5.00 EUR / 5.00 USD / 7.50 CAD / 7.50 AUD / 7.50 NZD (or currency equivalent). Bets outside these ranges do not count toward wagering requirements and may forfeit potential winnings.
• Minimal risk or cross-balance wagering strategies do not count toward wagering requirements and may be treated as irregular play. Examples include simultaneous bets on opposing outcomes or aligning real money bets to exploit wagering requirements.
• Delaying a game round, free spins, or bonus features to avoid wagering requirements or to time a deposit is prohibited.
• Wagering must be completed within the bonus validity period. If not completed, the bonus and associated winnings are forfeited.

Casino Bonus Terms

• Casino bonuses may be offered in conjunction with specific Gaming Service Providers or on designated slots or casino games. Only wagering on the selected providers or games is counted toward the wagering requirements.
• The minimum bet during active wagering is 0.50 EUR/USD/GBP or currency equivalent; the maximum bet is 5.00 EUR/USD/GBP or currency equivalent per spin/bet. Bets outside these limits will not count toward wagering and may forfeit winnings.

Sports Bonus Terms

• For Sports Deposit Bonuses, the maximum bet allowed while the Active Sports Bonus is in effect equals the amount of the qualifying deposit.
• Bets must meet conditions to count toward the bonus release. Only the first qualifying bet on a given outcome will count, and similar or conflicting bets may not be counted toward release requirements.
• Other terms applicable to sports bonuses, including wagering multiples, time limits, and exclusions, are stated in the specific offer terms.

Free Spins and Free Bets

• Free spins must be activated within the activation window specified in the offer (commonly seven days from issue). After activation, free spins are usable for the period stated in the offer (commonly seven days).
• All winnings from deposit-related free spins are subject to wagering requirements as defined in the offer terms (typical ranges are 30x–45x of the winnings or of the bonus portion, depending on the promotion).
• The maximum withdrawal limit for winnings derived from free spins is defined per offer (commonly up to a capped amount in the currency of the promotion, for example 50–75 in major currencies).
• To withdraw winnings from free spins, the account must be fully verified and a valid deposit must have been made if the offer requires it.

Withdrawals, Verification and Security
