1. General Betting Rules
Ka789 settles each market on the officially published result of the event by the governing body or the market description. If the official result is not published, Ka789 may settle using authoritative data sources selected by Ka789. Bets offered with incorrect information or pricing may be voided or resettled at Ka789's discretion.
Ka789 reserves the right not to accept all or part of any bet without providing a reason to the customer. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded.
2. Acceptance, Cancellation and Corrections
Before an event starts, Ka789 reserves the right to void or cancel part or all of a bet, even after acceptance, for a valid reason such as palpable error in wording or odds, incorrect starting times, suspected manipulation, or other matters communicated to the customer on request. After the event has started, Ka789 may void or cancel bets, including settled bets, if a valid reason exists and is communicated.
In the event of a system interruption, Ka789 will follow standard checks (funds availability, price correctness, etc.) and may accept or reject bets accordingly. The customer may need to re-check the bet status upon system resolution.
3. Outcomes, VAR and Settlement Timing
Where a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision conflicts with on-pitch decisions, bets placed between the moment of the incident and the final VAR decision may be void if the odds on those bets are affected. Bets not influenced by the VAR outcome or those already priced at the time of the decision may stand. Ka789 reserves the right to reverse settlements if a final determination renders prior settlements inaccurate and the decision is communicated before the conclusion of the match or the relevant settlement window.
Odds displayed to customers are shown with two decimal digits. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit, while the total winning amount is truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy is due to rounding rules and is not grounds for dispute beyond these terms.
4. Event Changes, Postponements and Abandonments
If an event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours, Ka789 will void unsettled markets and refund stakes unless the market specifies otherwise. Bets on markets that relate to a specific period, segment, or outcome may be adjusted in line with the official result if the event resumes and completes within the 48‑hour window.
Where an event changes venue, competitors, or other essential conditions, Ka789 reserves the right to void all open bets; otherwise, settlement will reflect the official result as published or determined by Ka789 under these rules.
5. Formats, Markets and Play‑Or‑Pay
Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to the Play‑or‑Pay rule: bets on listed participants stand regardless of whether a listed participant takes part in the competition, and are settled as losses if not participating. Head-to-head (H2H) markets are excluded from this treatment and will be voided if a listed participant does not take part. Other participant markets and team or participant performance markets follow the same principles as described in the market description and applicable sport rules.
Supported match formats for prematch and live bets include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. If a match duration falls outside the 50–90 minute range or other defined durations, all related markets may be voided.
6. Sport-Specific Rules (Illustrative Examples)
Ka789 publishes sport-specific settlement rules that apply alongside these general rules. The following are representative examples based on the sport descriptions commonly provided in Ka789’s rule set:

Soccer (Football): Markets such as 1X2 and Goal-related bets are settled after the normal duration of play unless market descriptions specify overtime. If overtime or penalties occur and are not included in the market description, those events do not affect the settlement unless stated. If a match is drawn and no overtime is played, applicable markets may be void.

Baseball (MLB and other leagues): Moneyline (Winner) may be deemed decided after the minimum number of innings or specified conditions are met (e.g., 5 innings completed, or 4.5 innings with the home team ahead). Other markets are settled according to the final official score unless stated otherwise. Pitcher‑related lines are subject to listed changes and may be void if the listed pitcher changes.

American Football: For standard league play, markets may require a minimum portion of the game to be completed for payout. If a game is postponed and not resumed within the league week, bets may be void unless a winner is officially declared. Overtime rules for outcomes included in the market will be applied only where specified.
7. Outright, Dead Heat and Special Scenarios
Dead heat rules apply to markets with tied results. In the event of a dead heat, stakes are redistributed according to the number of tied participants and the odds applicable to the new stake. For non-participation in outright markets, the affected selections are treated as losers unless otherwise stated in the market description.
8. Settlement Timelines and Recalculations
The maximum interval between the initial settlement of a betslip and any subsequent re‑settlement is 30 days.
9. Governing Language and Rule Updates
These rules are published in English and govern all Ka789 betting activity. Ka789 may update sporting rules at any time; updated rules are published on the site and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Users are encouraged to review the current rules prior to placing bets.
