Getting started with Ka789: Account creation and login
Creating your Ka789 account is quick and clear. Start by tapping the LOGIN/CREATE AN ACCOUNT button at the top-right of the site. Fill in the required fields, pick a username and a strong password, and consider using Remember me only on private devices to save time on future visits. For public computers, leave Remember me unchecked to protect your account.
Forgot your password? Click the login area and choose Can't access your account? Type your username and the captcha, then click RECOVER to reset your access securely. If you're automatically logged out, it's a security feature after a period of inactivity.
Account control and security
To update personal information, sign in and go to MY PROFILE. The PROFILE tab lets you change a subset of details. If you need changes beyond the form's options, reach out to our support team with a clear description of what you want to adjust.
Need to change your password? Open MY PROFILE and use the Change password option there.
Want to limit how you play? In MY PROFILE, select RESTRICTIONS. There you can set deposit limits and choose which game groups you want to restrict. Note: disabling a game group can take up to 7 days before you can re-activate it. If you ever want to pause or close your Ka789 account, you can do so in RESTRICTIONS; be aware that closing cannot be undone.

Your game history is available to you. Sign in, go to MY PROFILE, and choose GAME HISTORY to review past rounds. If you can’t locate a game, email support with as many details as possible (table name, time, hand/round, players).
