Introduction and Acceptance

Ka789 Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ka789 Website and Services. By accessing the Website or opening an Account, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the applicable Rules, Promotions Terms, and Responsible Gaming Terms. You acknowledge that electronic communications may be used to enter into contracts, and you waive any rights to require a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by law. These Terms preserve your statutory rights and may be amended from time to time as described herein.

Definitions and Parties

The Operator may amend these Terms at any time for commercial, regulatory or customer service reasons. If you disagree with a change, you may cease using the Services and/or close your Account in accordance with these Terms.

To participate in any Services, you must open an Account with Ka789. You may open an Account by following the on-screen instructions or via any other method offered by the Operator. When opening Your Account, you will provide accurate personal information and contact details. You warrant that you are of legal age, reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful, and you have not been previously excluded or had an Account closed by Ka789 for grounds including, but not limited to, fraud or collusion.

• Your Account shall be registered in your own correct name and single in respect of the Services. Duplicate Accounts may be closed, with applicable consequences to bonuses and winnings.
• The Operator may suspend, close, or request documents to verify Your identity and authorize card use at any time.
• Some jurisdictions may be restricted. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts opened from restricted jurisdictions and to withhold funds as required by applicable law.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws applicable to you and for all activities conducted through your Account.

The Operator may, at its discretion, perform administrative actions including: declining to open or close an Account; declining deposits; transferring data or liabilities to other entities within the Group; and freezing funds where required to comply with Rules or applicable law. Funds held on behalf of Account Holders are kept separate from the Operator’s own funds and are not interest-bearing. An Account is non-transferable and may be closed if used by another person or environment not authorized by you.

• Only one active Account per person is permitted. If multiple Accounts are identified, the Operator may consolidate, suspend, or close them and reallocate funds as appropriate.
• Dormant Accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be closed, with any real-money balance returned upon reactivation, subject to Promotions Terms and any applicable fees. Bonus funds may be forfeited on closure.

On registration and as required, the Operator will verify your identity and assess the sources of funds. You must provide documents such as a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address, and real-time photographic verification when requested. Documents must meet the guidelines published on the Website and be provided within the timeframe specified. The Operator may suspend withdrawals pending completion of verification checks and may request additional information at any time. If identity or age cannot be verified, or if information is false or misleading, the Account may be closed and funds forfeited as permitted by law.

You must safeguard your Account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized use or theft, you must immediately notify Ka789 and provide evidence of such breach. The Operator disclaims liability for losses arising from third-party use where you fail to notify promptly or share credentials in breach of this section.

Participation requires funds in Your Account. You warrant that all deposits originate from lawful sources and that you will not reverse any payment to defeat legitimate liability. The Operator does not accept third-party deposits and requires that deposits be made from funds registered in your name. The Operator may restrict or disallow withdrawals pending verification or compliance checks and may apply processing fees or limits as disclosed in the Payments Terms. If a payment reversal occurs or funds are inappropriately deposited, the Operator may reclaim funds or close the Account as permitted by these Terms.

Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate Promotions Terms. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and other conditions published with each offer. If an Account is closed or a Duplicate Account is identified, bonuses and winnings tied to such activity may be voided and reclaimed by Ka789.

Ka789 promotes responsible gambling. Account settings may enable you to set time-and-spend limits, opt for self-exclusion, or request a Time-Out. If the Operator reasonably believes that gambling may cause financial or personal harm, it may take protective actions including restricting access or closing the Account. Support resources for problem gambling shall be provided as described in the Responsible Gaming Terms.

Time-Out allows a temporary break from playing. Self-exclusion provides a longer period during which deposits and play are disabled. Initiation of these measures requires written or electronic confirmation and will apply for the requested period. Reactivation occurs automatically after the period ends, unless extended self-exclusion is selected. The Operator may provide information and resources to assist with risk assessment and financial protection of players.

Ka789 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You consent to the processing of your data for the purposes of providing Services, fulfilling regulatory obligations, and improving the Website. You have rights of access, correction and erasure as provided by applicable data protection law.

The Services are provided in accordance with applicable law. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. If usage is unlawful, Ka789 is not obligated to refund funds or honor activities conducted in breach of law.

Ka789 may communicate with you by email, through the Website inbox, or other means as deemed appropriate. You are deemed to have received notices sent in accordance with the methods described in these Terms.

Ka789 may suspend or terminate an Account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, cheating or other violations of the Rules. You may close your Account at any time by following the procedures posted on the Website. Upon termination or closure, outstanding balances, pending withdrawals and any applicable promotions will be resolved in accordance with these Terms and the Promotions Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ka789 concerning the Services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. A failure by Ka789 to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
